bored beyond belief #12 – Knee-deep debt makes you sicko

December 2, 2007

Listen here

A commentary about the baby Jesus and Thanksgiving dinners by Marvin, alter-ego of Peterson Toscano.

Watched the movie Sicko while visiting with my brother Luigi. Don’t get sick in the U.S. especially if you work full-time and have little to no health insurance.

Socialized medicine! {oh, dear god!}

Even with the new job, where I’m making nearly twice the money from my previous job, I’m making just enough money to get by. I’m in a lot of debt from school loans.

Going up two to three tax brackets means nothing when you’re in this kind of debt.

I chose the path of traitor by forsaking my primary role as consumer in the U.S. culture.

Incidental music: Siouxsie

Outro: Yet another gay man confesses to a brief encounter with everyone’s favorite Republican, anti-gay, Idahoan senator. Enjoy! (Thanks to Joe.My.God.)
